Who We Are
We are a patient-centered speech therapy clinic. Specialised in early support and helping our clients with their total communication needs.
Based in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos, Omonx speech and language therapy practice founded by Mrs Funke, a Lead Speech and Language Therapist and clinical supervisor with HCPC registration and RCSLT membership. Our team of dedicated clinicians works closely with patients and families across Lagos to support communication, language, and developmental milestones through personalised, evidence-based care.
We believe every individual deserves to be heard and understood — and every family deserves support, not judgment, on that journey. Whether a it’s working on their first words, building sentence structure, or navigating a speech or language difficulty, our therapists tailor every session to the individual in front of them, not a one-size-fits-all plan.
Beyond one-to-one therapy, we're committed to raising awareness around speech and language development in our community — through parent education, school partnerships, and accessible resources that make early support easier to find.

Every communication journey looks different. Here's how we get to know yours.
We begin by getting to know the patient — their communication strengths, challenges, environment and goals — before recommending anything. From there, every assessment and recommendation is personalised to that individual specifically, never applied from a template.
Therapy stays practical, focused on the communication skills that matter most in everyday life — at home, in the classroom, with friends. And where it helps, we work directly with parents, caregivers, schools and other professionals, so progress doesn't stop at the end of a session.
